I have only 10 lbs to lose and i ave to say it sooo hard to lose a lousy 10 lbs. Frustrating too when i am lifting it looks like i have gained. I eat well alothough i am not good at the snacking and breakfast thing. I work out at the gym 3 days a week on the eliptical and a pretty good pace for 30 minutes then switch to another diferent machine for about 10-15 minutes and then use free weights on my arm days on my lower days i use the weight machines for my legs and do some back. Am i on the right track here? What schedule would you put me on to lose 10 lbs as fast as i can? I am going to Maui Sept the 1st to get married and i want to look GOOD on the beach. My main area in the front abdominal that really bothers me. My legs are fine and my arms seem to bulk up quick. I played sports when i was in high school so i know that helps alot.

Hi! Yes, it does take more weight to loose the last few pounds, because the body tends to resists change more and more as the weight falls off. The key ways to boost your metabolism and trigger weight loss are

a) Eat 4-5 small meals a day (start eating breakfast!)

b) You are on the right track with your exercise - just mix it up by increasing the intensity / pace on the elleptical / try a different type of aerobic exercise.

c) Try a variety of abdominal exercises, include isometrics and pulsing movements at the mid range of the exercise

d) Try to eat more high fiber vegetables, avoid meals after 7 pm and increase your water intake (if need be) to 8-9 glasses a day.

Hey. Im just wondering the best tips on losing weight on my inner thighs and i guess my abs too. I mostly want to know how to lose weight in my thighs tho. thanks for the help.

I also have about 10 pounds I would like to lose. I have a really hard time because I love to work out but don't see any results. My protien levels are quite low so I am going to start drinking protien shakes. Do you think this will help me see results. My work outs include stair steppers, treadill, ab classes and weigh lifting.
HELP... it is depressing to work hard and not see any progress.

My fig. is 32-24-38. I want to reduse my hip portion. i can't wore short top with jeans, my thighs are even thin then my hips, thats so embarracing for me. I want best tips to reduse my hip portion.
