hey i am on the fitness challenge and i would like to say that only on the 13th of this month i started to keep a diary of my vital measurements and after a week i of the challenge i actually lossed 1" all over. thet is from neck to leg!!! i havent lossed weight...just size.i went shopping and i asked for a size 16 blouse and size 14 skirt and you know what? it just did not fit! instead i am now using a size 14 top and a size 12 skirt...how about that?!
