I have to admit that I was surprised at the ease that I experienced during my first session. I expected aerial yoga to be hard for me, maybe even clumsy. This was not the case. As soon as I mastered my first pose, I found grace which is extremely out of the ordinary for someone like me with two left feet and two left hands.
